As an independent distributor, we have the right to use such content mentioned above as long as its is for the benefit of production and selling of such products and garments stated previously. The use of such images (that are evidently taken from this website) without prior consent, will lead to legal persecution in small claims court.

“We Match Any Price!” Policy
Firm International products and garments are priced by region. Every state and every country has different taxation laws, slightly affecting the final price on the garments. Our online store prices are based on the actual Firm International price list. If for any reason you feel our prices are not competitive against any other store, we WILL MATCH THEIR PRICE as long as proof is provided that the price is currently effective. Price matching will only be available by phone.
Payments
All purchases done in FirmIntl.com are handled by PayPal.com. Payments are instant. Your financial information is securely encrypted by PayPal.com through Secure Socket Layers (SSL), achieving secure payments to our website. Acceptable forms of payment through PayPal are PayPal account purchases, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover cards. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash upon handling. Canceling
You can cancel your order by phone ONLY before we ship it. After the product ships, we no longer accept cancellations.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will only take place after the payment transaction has been completed. It normally takes one (1) to three (3) business days to ship the product. Most orders arrive to their destination between four (4) to five (5) business days within the United States. They are shipped through US Domestic Mail / Priority Mail or UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground. The cost of shipping depends on destination vs. weight. We do not take any responsibility for any mistakes made by the client in their shipping address.
Reclaims
All sales are final. We will not refund cash in return for a product. We will only exchange the product. Reclaims will not be accepted after five (5) business days of receiving the product. All shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
Returns and Exchanges Acceptable if
The product is defective out of the box, there is any changes in color, size, or products from your order.
Returns and Exchanges not Acceptable if
The product is returned after five (5) business days, the product has clear wear and tear, the products have been taken out of their original package (when it applies), the products are not in their original state, are faulty, with missing parts, or without tags.
Smaller, Bigger Sizes
Smaller and bigger sizes are available for all the garments shown in this website at an additional 10% cost. Special orders may be placed by PHONE only.
Shipping Special Orders
Special Orders take about three (3) to four (4) weeks to ship, due to it’s nature of production, which takes longer.
